Over The Rainbow- Easter Hunt

I am SO late on getting this out! Sorries!

Easter Egg Hunt now on, FIFTY Easter eggs to find all containing generously donated gifts for everyone!  And just ONE special GOLDEN egg, one per day only, for only one lucky finder!  All are welcome!  Hunt is for 10 days from today!  Please be sure to also check out our tenant's stores, there's amazing beautiful KittyCats and other cute critters waiting to be loved and adored!

There are some really great gifts involved. Some items are directly for Kittycats (beds, pedigree givers, accessories for your kitty) Some just have an Easter theme (egg tree, decor), some of are fun random items for you and your home! (a hot air balloon, snuggle pillow, [Blossom] Aubrey strapless Dress in special lavender) and of course some items that combine cute, rainbows AND kittycats! Well to be precise, [Blossom] has re-opened it's door at the Over The Rainbow Market!

Oh my gosh , you guys, so exciting!

First off let me tell you a little about [Blossom]. For those of you new to things I opened [Blossom] a few years ago. Due to some RL changes and my mainstore sim being closed, [Blossom] shut down in July of 2013. At the time I wasn't sure if or when I would be able to open again.

This past week has been a whirl wind of excitement, chaos and well stuff I don't need to air in public!

Thanks to my amazing family on Cali, I was given the opportunity to re-open my store. I've got tons of mesh and scultped clothing and shoes.

To celebrate our re-opening I have created a brand new dress for you all! There are 6 great options, each at a low price of 100L!

You will Find 3 basic color options and 3 floral top options! I really hope you enjoy!!

You will also find a brand new group gift in store as well as many older group gifts/freebies out for you too!!

My family has done something pretty cool. In fact they took a life long dream of mine and started making it a reality.

Over The Rainbow Market!

Over the Rainbow Market is a full service family friendly sim. You can look forward to a kitty/animal market place with seceral different sized stalls and stores to meet everyones needs.

There is also a Lovers Lane for Kittycats! Have you got a cat looking for a mate, or perhaps just too many cats to hold on to? Renters, you can sell your live and loveable cats on the cute little mushroom garden. Lovers lane is located in the enchanting Fairy forest. There are hidden snuggle spots for those romantic (but G rated) outings.

If you are like me, gachas can really break the bank sometimes! Be sure to check out the Over the Rainbow Yard Sale and kiddo playground! There are current stalls for rent as well as some items already set about from the most recent Arcade and Woodland creatures gacha events! Grab a stall and start selling!!

If you happen to be looking for a little time out, check out the various views around the sim, you can explore an old lighthouse, browse the up and coming Market area- home to [Blossom] and Coming Soon Mars~is~a~cloud and Soul Shards. Offered near by is a fun dock filled with all your needs for a little Neo Realms Fishing!

Better Fashionably Late than not at all

It's been a while guys.

I went through a phase last month that I consider a major brain block. I worked on a lot of shoes and played with mesh but words for blogging just didn't seem to be there for me.

Have you ever had an SL temper tantrum? You hate your shape, your clothes and even your surroundings? That would pretty much be what I was feeling. I wasn't "bored" with SL as so many people get I was just.. frustrated. For instance, I passed my 4 year march this past January.. For the past 3 years I have had virtually the same shape. I find it hard to change Khloe because I've had her so long. She's a bit stuck in her ways. I'm also one of those people that sculpted my shape into a corner so that no skin other than what I'm wearing for the past.. year or two? actually looks right. For that matter even when I tweak my shape to try a change it looks exactly the same. I'm not very creative on that end and I suppose t has to do with my having 10 or so living avatars and countless pones I've been fed up with and deleted. I tend to be afraid I'll end up looking like one of my others.

I had finally decided to consider a whole new shape and skin when the bomb dropped...Last I posted we moved. We moved over 20 hours away from our last location and  it took a very long time for me to settle in. Then my SL boss decided to close down our company with a one day warning. I faced a dwindling account and the loss of my Main Store location. SL wasn't my friend..

On the flip side it gave me time to rekindle friendships and I have a new and AMAZING Main Store for [Blossom] on the Reasonable Desires Sim! Austie and Marti are really terrific so if you happen to stop in make sure to take a spin around the sim itself! It's set in a retro black and white theme complete with the Reasonable Desires Main Store, a jazzy bluesy type club, and tons of cute little stores and hidey holes to peek into. It;s a really neat place and I am thrilled to be a part of it all. You can Check it out -HERE-

My little break gave me time to work with new textures for my shoes and even dabble in new sculpts and some mesh as well! I did a mini release of my newest creation the 'Gradient Wedge' at the very LAST Fashionably Late! While I'm sad to see it end I was truly excited to be given the opportunity to participate!!

 

You can find these shoes at Fashionably Late until April 8th when the Sim closes for good! Be sure to grab them at the special introductory price of only 150L! Once they are released in my stores they will go back to 300L and there will be tons of colors to choose from. For now you can pink from Pink, Vibrant Purple and Sea Worthy Blue! This is an exciting venture as well as these shoes also give me a chance to showcase an amazing scripter friend I have, Lillith! She personally made me the amazing foot coloring HUD that comes with the shoe to help them match ANY skin tone! Let us know what you think!

Dirty Lil...

Secret , of course!

One of the questions people seem to always ask is if I'm married in SL. The answer is always a big fat YES (to my rl hubby just to clarify). I guess some folks get confused because G rarely logs on these days. Mostly because he's out playing in his new RL man cave. Men, so easy to please. It's become a bit of a joke and some people choose to believes he's really just one of my alts. Whatevs.

You can imagine the  joy I had when I stumbled upon a new (to me!) store 'Dirty Lil Secret'. This store is chalk full of goodies and has a few new and older group gifts still around. The most recent group gifty (free to join!) really caught my eye.

I literally cracked up and called the hubster in. We had a few snickers over it and I decided it was the perfect V-day outfit! SO fitting really.

I paired this adorable dress with the bandage leggings I snagged at the Back to Black fair, by [Sleeping Koala]. I am so so in love with these. I've always had this love for leggings but I just haven't found a lot that go with most of my clothes. I've been wearing these for quite a few days now and I just can't help but be in love with them.  Annnd of course, shoes by [Blossom] 125L @ 50% off! Sale ends tomorrrow!

Party Crashers

Evening my lovelies!!

With Valentine's day just around the corner it's no surprise that weddings are popping up all over the grid! A new friend and employee is no exception in this case. After tossing aside at least 10 dresses I finally dragged myself out to buy something cute and formal that isn't circa 2008.

*Cringe* Outdated much?! It seems I went through a phase where I tinted everthing I owned purple. It just was not a pretty sight and well a girl has to look her best at a wedding.

         (Dress from G*Field) Ps I'm not an amputy, my leg is just hiding. yay lag!

Encouraged by looking cute I decided t extend the invite to thew hubby. He got all jazzed  up and spiffy which is a huge difference from his normal grungy attire. Yes ladies, he's one of those av's that wears the same outfit always. Ive tried shopping and changing to no avail... Anyways. Little did I know putting GC and my boss man Ski together would be the equivalent of putting together a group of 12 year olds...

Men! I swear, you can't take them anywhere! I supose they just didn't want to show their true feelings :P

Shortly after the ceramony We were invited to join a precious reception... THings didn't get much better with my man. Maybe he's just in dire need of some male friends time?

Oh, and please ignore the fact that my pictures look like a newbie took them! I simply can't use ultra settings at weddings. Everyone ends up looking like a ruthed hot mess to me :/

Hello Lovelies!!

I'm on a roll tonight. Hahah or I just haven't crawled into bed yet! Here's another look from Gogo's 12 Day's of Lingerie Challenge!!

I had some fun playing with filters on Gimp I normally avoid. A little vintage filter, a few others and voila! This gorgeous lavender colored cuteness is a super steal from Phoenix Rising! It also comes with pow attachments fro the garters which are not shown here! Shoes are a custom creation by me for [Blossom]! I've been playing around with some Valentine's day ideas

LOTD: Skinny Budget 4 Lisa Frank style

Afternoon lovelies!

Does anyone remember the awesomeness of Lisa Frank?! When I was a kiddo Lisa Frank was all the rage. Bright colors, awesome patterns.. stickers, stationary, you name it. It was all a pretty big deal if you had all the sets and such.

Anywho I was doing my normal blog snoop when i stumbled on the latest posting from Freebies for Cece. I won't lie I immediately reverted to a small girl and fell back in love with Lisa Frank all over again. The dress Cece was showing was literally something out of  the Lisa Frank handbook for adults. Loves.LOVES

I absolutely had to scoop this dress up and I was even more amazed to learn it was a FREE group gift from *CK* Crazy Kitty!!! I hopped on down and immediately my eyes were overloaded with bright funky color combos. If you are into that sort of deal... this place is for you. There are numerous group gifts, lucky chairs and prize things all around.

 

Because of the bright funky nature of the dress I kept everything else a bit simple this time around. I decided to pair it with the freebie item I have out at [Blossom]!
